The primary method of access to Digital Engineering Library will be via IP Address Authentication. Remote access will be permitted for institution's offsite users through the institution; and it will be the institution's responsibility to authenticate the user.

Information for Individual Users
Individual users may browse lists of topics, search and view search results, preview articles, and purchase access to individual articles. Individually purchased articles are available via online access or can be downloaded in PDF format. To start exploring the content of the Digital Engineering Library, return to the home page and browse topics or search for the information you need to research. When you have selected the articles you wish to order, we will ask you to complete a brief registration process. Through the registration process, you will create a log-in account that will help you access the articles you order.
